When will I receive my purchase?

ALL digital products are received immediately after purchasing. Your items are delivered directly to your email for download.

Nothing will be shipped to you!

Where can I find my purchase?

Your products are delivered directly to the email provided at checkout immediately after purchasing.

Check your spam folder, if you’re unable to locate it in your inbox.

If you’re still unable to find it, confirm the email address provided at checkout. We’ve noticed some customers use autofill at checkout and products are sent to an old email address.

Is my digital product printable or digital?

We sell printable and digital planners/journals. Please take notice of the product’s description before purchasing.

Printable - The product can be printed in a home office using a basic printer or local print shop (FedEx, Office Depot, Library, etc.).


Digital - The product can be used in any notetaking app (Goodnotes, notability, etc.)

How do I import my planner into Goodnotes?

1. Download the app.
2. Download your digital product from your email.
3. Once downloaded, select “import” or “open in Goodnotes”.

4. Your file will be imported into the app for you to use.

Can I receive a refund?

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. As the products are digital in nature, we cannot offer any refunds or exchanges.

We are unable to offer any adjustments if a coupon is not applied or if you did not understand the product you purchased was a digital product.
